I think i finally realized tonight that i need help. And i can't even begin to get the help i need until i learn to let go. I think i have let go of everything and everyone..except matt. I just dream every night that he comes back to me..its starting to be an every night thing. and i wake up screaming in pain..not physical pain..emotional
