Have you ever felt that no matter how hard you try you cuold never say anything that would make some kind of defference? That no matter how hard you try to there is nothing you can do as a human being to make things that much better

It doesn't make sence to me. I think that you should always speak from your heart no matter what it is. Take a chance you never know what could have made a difference. I hope things get better in your hole situation.
