So I just returned home on Wednesday from spending a week in Denver for work. I had never been there before but had heard it was a cool city so I was looking forward to it. i have been a little burnt out with all the travel i have been doing for the past six months, but i have always wanted to go to denver so I was excited

As a Canadian I laughed a bit at your cold aversion. We're having a rather mild winter up here so far. I guess Denver got the cold this winter.

Well I am sure your idea of cold and mine is entirely different. I grew up in Los Angeles so when it gets below 60 degrees people freak out. Mostly, people just don't have the clothing here for that kind of cold. No one has a "winter coat" here. Our idea of a winter coat is just typical light outerwear.
