Tarah, I know we don't really talk an all, but I want to let you know that there are plenty of alteratives to cutting. I use to cut myself on my arms alot. But I found other alteratives to do instead of cut. I know you play the guitar so if you feel like cutting just start playing your guitar an get your mind off the problems at hand. An If that doesn't work write a poem about cutting instead of doing it. If you need any more advice let me know I'd be glad to help.
