ok-so today was nice. i went to the beach and layed there for a cpl hrs. got a nice tan then went to the gym and swam in the pool for me cardio and chilled in the sauna. then went to barnes and nobles and almost bought an ass load of books. instead, i sat and read one called "the woman while swallowed a toothbrush" it's written by a doctor who
