uve been doing this for two weeks and NO WEIGHT LOSS? WTF? i might be in the same situation. ive been doing this for ONE week, and not much. How much do you weigh?

apple + bagel + potatoes = carb heaven, which turns to fat
pecans are good and full of protein but also LOADED with fat... sad but true. i love pecans ) - :
mmm the sausage... if you're gunna have it, cook it on something like the george foreman or squeeze it with a paper towel to get excess fats out.
well if you're working out everyday. keep in mind you're gaining muscle mass and muscle weighs more than fat. good luck
