how long do i have to wait until purging?
whats the LONGEST i can wait to purge?
i ate like 20 minutes ago and nothings coming up at all like i just keep gagging, do i have to wait until it hits my stomache or what?

ok so today has been pretttty good...
didnt eat breakfast...
lunch i had an apple & water
snack when i got home was veggies and half a sandwitch
and dinner ive had one of those soft pretzles
over all maybe 400-500 cals?
and im gonna go do a pilaties videooo
