Ahhh, the second Turkey post!

Tom, oh let me tell you about Tom.  Tom was yum.  Tom was juicy.  Tom was tasty.  Tom is a was because Tom is no longer with us.  But thats ok, Tom doesn't seem to mind.

Heres Tom out of his brining bag, resting comfortably in his roasting pan (Which I bought myself as a wedding present and is absolutely AMAZING).  *ahem
