Day One

First day in host families home...lovely house, lovely people, lovely food, lovely place...but I miss my own family!! So so soo much!! Is it weird to say I miss how my brother stinks?? It's hurts so much, tummy hurts and my heart is breaking! I like it here so much but I want my family! I want hugs...lots of hugs from my mum

Hi) I've added you to my friends list. I' seen your post on ourbedrooms. Right now I'm an Au-pair in Germany and my native country is Ukraine (Eastern Europe). I found it interesting that you are from Ireland - actually, I'm fond of Irish dances :)
as for advice, which you are looking for, I'would suggest yellow or orange bed-cover (I'm not sure it is called so :)) that would bring some light to the room

HI! It's nice that you've replied :) My Au-Pair year ends in a one week! It was a great year, but I want home SO MUCH. I think you surely understand that :) And how's your year?
Is your friend from Ukraine also an Au-pair?

I end in August but I'm extending for another year! I miss home too but my hostfamily are adopting a boy from China and he'll come in late August early September so I'd love to be here for that and him. My year has been good and bad...amazing trips and experiences but I have missed home a whole lot too. I'm going home on wednesday for 10 days to redo my visa and to see everyone, I won't get to see them for a year if I don't!

I'm glad you enjoyed it and cant wait to get back! What was your fav part?

Yes she is, she's been here since december! She's really nice, we get along great :D
