Heres my first tutorial ...hope someone will find it helpful :)
we go from
this to
Crop your base image and resize it somehow like this 
Copy base image twice and set to screen and then copy again and set to soft light 
Create new layer, fill it with #754C23, set it to Pin Light with 40% opacity
Create new layer, fill it with #00FFFF, set to Soft Light
Again new layer, fill it with #FBE5CB, set to Multiply
Copy your base pic and bring it at the top of everything, desaturate completely and set to Overlay with 85% opacity
U should get something like this
Then I play a bit with curves …my options was For rgb
For red
For blue Then after all create new layer and fill it with white and add mask to this layer (click on this icon 
to add mask)
Then check if for your mask layer your background set to white and foreground to black and then I apply this brush in black color (by nardasarmy from iconistas community) to mask layer so u get your picture just right there were was black space on the brush like this 
Now u can add some text or what u want and here we go! :)
