You can't feel guilty for growing away from people and changing. I am kind of glad for dropping some people off along the way. That's why you can't be like "forever" when you are with someone in High School... the majority of people, boyfriend, friend you will probably hate by the time you're 25 and that is your time to change and become your own person. One of my favourite people John Lydon once "I have no time for lies or fantasy and neither should you... enjoy or die." I like to live by this... I don't wait for people to catch up to my frame of mind. You can't expect things to remain the same with someone just because you don't like them changing. I know that you will kick some serious ass out there Liz... if anyone deserves a fresh start with a chance to get out there and shine it's you. Listen to me... I sound like a damn Hallmark. You get the point and I should quit while I'm ahead.
