so, t he dress has changed once again . . .joy.  empire waist, tube dress, fabric gathered at the "waist" still got the channel in the center sitill the pretty blue color and the shrug is now a jean jacket i already own, that i'm thinking about adding some of the fabric to. . .we'll see!! i'll post pictures of it when i'm done. . .

 i changed my design for my dress a little bit. . .ok, so maybe quite a bit. . .but that's beside the point.  so, now instead of longsleeved shrug it's gonna be short sleeved, with a little bit of puffyness added to it. . .but the biggest change is the color scheme.  it's now black and a really pretty bright blue holiday fabric that we found for 2.
