I kinda feel like crap. Mood crap, not sick crap. I have no reason to, but I do. It's buggin' the shit out of me.

First off- Today is pretty, GO RUN AROUND OUTSIDE!
It'll make you feel better mentally and physically.
Also if you want to get in better shape don't eat a lot if any junk food. Replace your snacks with fruit or vegetables. Drink lots of water too. It's really good for you. Make it habit to do some sort of exersice. I do pilates or tae bo. Workout tapes rule my life. The barbie workout is amazing too!

yeah leanne... ill be your running buddy! whenever you feel the urge to run, just hop on over to lori's house. even thoguht if that happens we'll probably just end up staying in at my house, watching tv, and eating. oh well. i hate running anyway!!

p.s. - my sister read the lovely bones and she said it was good too. im reading The Torn Skirt right now it its good too... i think youd enjoy it:-)
