Kazuya had called for an emergency meeting, at his basketball court, right after Yosuke told him about the incident with Shige. Kazuya knew it was going to be violent and he needed to be prepared. Ryo enjoyed meetings because it gave him a chance to boss people around. He walked among the crowd of kids from different schools, ordering about. Ryo wasn't considered one of the higher people in Saints of Hell, but he did attend school with the King so thought that gave him more power over the rest.

Miyavi arrived shortly after what Kazuya had said, he glanced over his shoulder at the boy. He returned his attention back to Kazuya, walking up towards the front.

"Hmm a filthy creature but oh well welcome aboard." Kaz said thinking of a bird. "First and foremost the rules the most important one is no drugs. Alcohol and tobacco is okay but anything else and I have to kill ya like the rest of the druggies we happen to be fighting against at the moment.
