When will I learn?

Do people ever really learn from their mistakes?  How are you even supposed to know you're making the same one unitl after the damage is already done?

My current #1 life lesson:  Trust takes years to earn and seconds to lose.

I always thought of myself as a trustworthy person...I still do.  Then I look around at all of the people I've recently
