hot chocolate and hot tea seem to work wonders for me. but i haven't had either in quite some time. :)

see, i'm so used to those, because they're a major part of the whole 'being foreign' thing, that they just remind me of desserts & tea parties.

but 'sleepytime' tea sometimes works. i just made my mom buy some. :)

benadryl works for me, as do various other sleeping aids in the form of small tablets

the majority of which are addictive...

except there's this cool one that totally makes you trip out for like two hours before it knocks you out... it's perscriptioned too, but i don't remember what it's called.
