I hate

Meeting up with people who are travelling by tube. There isn't anywhere warm to wait for them and you can't ring to find out how far away they are. Why can't London enter the 21st century and get mobile service on the underground? Failing that, some benches would be nice.

I swear that they've actually done that in embankment park or whatever its called. all the benches are wooden but have two arm rests in the middle so you can't lie on them
