When I was in Punta Cana, I made two phone calls and I had to do it from a pay phone to call my medical insurance in which toll free numbers do not work from that country. My calling card would not work, so I had no choice and use my credit card. In two phone calls I did not talk more then 15 minutes. When I got my credit card statement; the bill came out to close to $80.00 US Funds. Lucky my insurance company paid for it.
