hey =) don't worry, i won't yell at you for asking or anything =)

though i didn't make the icon, i take it as a spoof on the national warning system color code thing (orange is elevated threat, etc). it's basically mocking anti-gay Republicans, Bush, etc, saying that they'd be in a panicked state cause there are gay people everywhere. i'm probably not explaining it well, but that's about the best i can do right now with my stressed out brain. if you still don't understand, i'll try to better explain it later on =)
