"our world's so wide now, we're surely gonna get lost in it."
uruha let out a cloud of warm breath
as he tightened his coat around his body,
as if doing that would protect him from things
other than the cold. closing his eyes, he blocked out
the image of tall buildings against a gloomy sky and went on,
"i'm gonna get lost in it."
aoi's footsteps were then lost in his ears,
and at that he turned his head, watching how the
older walk stopped in his tracks to look towards the heavens as well.
"maybe so," uruha heard aoi say, and he walked towards the older man.
he curled his glove-clad fingers around uruha's bare hand.
"but don't worry, i'll just be right beside you."
the two of them continued on their way with
silly smiles on their faces. but deep inside was the re-
assurance that the only place they could ever get lost deeply
is in each other's arms.
