So Sarah, my friend and only co-worker, is leaving and has to help train her 2 replacements. So my boss's decision is $10 an hour for each replacement. Sarah makes $9.50 an hour, and so, she needs to be paid more. Upon my boss's decision of $10/hour, I told him to raise Sarah. So he agreed to raise her $.75 an hour, which puts her at $10.25/hour,
