I saw your profile on the Ruggers website, saying you need help with a train foir the next season. I myslef play Flanker, and what I find best to work with is you legs, shoulders, and triceps. for legs do alot of work on your quads, that will help you out when it comes to pushing and holding the line. Shoulders help with supporting the wieght of your teammates, and triceps will help you push. If you dont have much fat on you to work wiht, the best diet to do for gaining muscle is the peanut butter and fluff diet. everytrhing you eat is peanut butter and fluff on bread, for snakes, lunch and dinner.
