WHALE WATCHING OMG

The day after Botcon I went on a whale-watching trip from the Aquarium of the Pacific. It was completely amazing. We went a couple of miles out to sea and found two fin whales, a mother and a nearly-grown calf, who were out feeding. They were very tolerant of the boat interrupting them, and swam really close to us! It was thrilling. At one point,
