I have another angel....
On June 24th, I gave birth to my second baby, Dominick Joseph. He was born sleeping at 4;46pm at 33 weeks and 4 days. He weighed 2lbs and 14oz. and 16 1/2 in. He had my nose and his father's strawberry blonde hair. He was absolutely beautiful. His gastroschisis was not that bad...barely any bowel was outside the body and what was, didn't look too bad.
I'm not too sure when things went wrong. I had an ultrasound on Monday and heartbeat, bloodflow, and movement was perfect! I couldn't sleep Weds night due to back pain. Around 4 am, I went to the bathroom and when I looked in the toilet, it was full of blood. My husband and I got to the hospital around 4;40 and were told that they could not find a heartbeat pretty much immediately. I was about 1 cm dialated. They gave me pitocin around 7am and I had him about 10 hours later.
My heart is broken. I can't believe I have to go through this again. Dominick joins his older brother, Benjamin Pasquale, in heaven. May both of my little angels rest in peace<3
