But the Jersey Shore is gone=( absolute devastation. My moms house was completely under water. My husbands car is done....water was to the roof. Towns around are much worse. House swept away by the sea, destroyed. So many homeless people....my heart breaks. Atlantic City, Seaside, Point Pleasant...all gone. Last night was one of the scariest nights

Yeah NYC flooded really bad. My hometown and all surrounding towns are decimated. It's really is so sad. Luckily, we are a few blocks away from the beach so we only had about 4-5 feet of water. No power here either, no heat, and possibly soon no water. I'm just glad everyone I know is safe. Losing everything is horrible, but we can rebuild.
