Wow, yeah, the yanks really were such a dominent force in the AL East...they had the same record as the sox, and the only reason they were first in the AL East is because of their season series record (10-9) against the sox. I don't really think that gives you the right to brag about them being in first place. If anything you should be ashamed of them.
