wait till class starts and you get your class syllabi before you buy your ticket. It's not likely, but you might have a sadistic twit of a teacher that will require you to have a test/paper due right before leaving or right after the break. Papers are easier to get around because you can always inform your teacher and sumbit it early. Most professors aren't too happy about test skipping based on travel plans because they have to re-write a test for you and they might just not let you make it up.

i wish i could wait for classes...i start in like a month and my dad wants to buy the tickets already (lots of people going from la to mexico during the holidays). but i mean, its less likely theyll give you a test right when you get back then right before you leave no?

it is less likely, but i think your parents want you guys to leave on the 19th? so you wouldn't have to leave early anyway.

Your brother confused me. He said 19th and therefore we'd miss no class, but that was on HIS schedule. I'm not coming, ticket is too expensive. I'm gonna hang with JJ and all them, down in the OC instead.
