seriously the best and easiest thing ever:

chocolate mousse:
1 thing of silken tofu
1 bag of vegan chocolate chips, like 10 oz. or whatever the standard is.
some maple syrup, like one or two tablespoons

melt chocolate.
blend tofu.
pour melted chocolate into blended tofu, and blend some more. a lot
add syrup. blend again.
pour into vegan graham crust, or into nothing.
put in refridgerator.
wait.
eat.
soooooo goood.

and i am also bad with rebates.

i made vegan alfredo sauce and vegan chocolate peanut butter pie.

i fucked up on the recipes so here is what i remember.

alfredo:
put some silken tofu (1 piece) and soy milk (i think 2 c, to consistancy) in a blender.
put some garlic (3-5 cloves) and basil and mushrooms and onions (1 whole onion) in a pan and fry em.
put the tofu/soymilk mix in with the basil/shrooms/etc. mix
add some nut yeast / vegan parm and maybe some corn starch to thicken it up. and a little bit of veggie stock for flavor maybe.

it turned out really good.

vegan peanut butter chocolate pie:
put some silken tofu (1 block) & soy milk (i think 2 cups) & (3/4 c)melted chocolate & (3/4c)peanut butter in a blender and blend away. adding more chocolate and peanut butter to taste.
put in a pie crust and let it chill in the fridge for a few hours.
