I COMPLETED FOUR LAPS TODAY. I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF. I WENT FROM BEING IN DESPERATE NEED OF A HIP REPLACEENT, TO WALKING AND EVEN JOGGING MORE IN A DAY THAN I HAD IN A FEW YEARS.
