today, i went to the DMV to get my permit n when i got there the lady asks for my birth certificate. so i give it to her. n shes like. we cant accept this. im like why not. n she goes cuz its not an american birth certificate. cuz it was in french since i was borne in Luxembourg. so im like what am i supposed to do then. n shes like. u gotta bring
