so I'm pretty disappointed in myself.. I kinda quit smoking.. well.. I hadn't smoked since Sunday.. I know you're all thinking.. a whole 3 days.. but it was a lot for me! especially cold turkey! ... and I broke down this afternoon because I was around it.. blah!!!!!! I'm smoking less at least.. I'm just upset about it
