i fell rubbish, ive had a cold and i think its turned into flu, im sore all over, coughing so much my ribs and back hurt, i have a blinding bad head and ear ache o ye and no voice. i cant be doing with this right now i need to be ok

increasing your feed when you are sick is what you need as my dietican tod me you need more when you are sick cause wont get into it but you do one to fight it and to to equal it out.
talk to your doc about this lax a thing maybe they can help you get off them but yet help you go. Plus intake = out take hun.
i hope you rest no walking or doing anything but reat and cuddle and feed and do your meal plan please your body cant take this or you woud be feeing better by now HUGS
