The prosecution's expert witness, Trinka Porrata, had testified Jane Doe shows very little response on the videotape, which indicates she might have been given gamma hydroxy butyrate, a known "date rape" drug.

But she also acknowledged that tests performed on Jane Doe did not show she had consumed any drugs.

I am curious on the test reports. Did they show that Doe did not consumed any drug, or does it specifically refers to only GHB?

I'm curious as to why the arguement turned towards the making of pornography instead of concentrating on the GHB. The question whether she is conscious or not, bears the same difference as to whether she is drugged or not. I would have thought that as the weight and decisive moment of the trial, really.

I was wondering about the same drug comments that you pointed out. And I agree, after reading all the articles, I strongly feel she was unconscious and had no control over her body.
