The only know of posting a video is to upload it somewhere and then link to it.

And, that boy doesn't look like that much of a weirdo to me, judging by this MSN convo, but you know him better than I do... *shrug*

Me thinks that you can upload videos onto Photobucket the same way you can photos... I'm not sure though.
