Awww, that stinks! With my sister getting laid off twice from American Airlines in the past, I know how badly it sucks being laid off. But my sister has been back with American Airlines for a few years now without a layoff, and most likely going to survive this upcoming layoff. Looking at that, I hope your previous workplace can fix their problems so they'll be able to hire all of you guys back, and have no more layoffs. So if they do ever have a layoff again that you'd be with them long enough so they won't give you the boot. I wish you lot's and lot's of luck! *Huggies*

Yeah, I should be fine x.n; I'm still getting my tongue pierced (because I've wanted to for half a year, darnit). XD Hopefully today. What better time to do that than just after you get fired and have weeks to recover?

Ah well, though x.n; I'll be okay, I just need to file for unemployment and all that jazz. I don't feel quite so bad, because the layoffs weren't based on performance.
