hihi. my sis says that the a corrupt or missing "/windows/appPatch/drvmain.sdb" thing means a corrupted windows driver.
she also asks if you have a recovery disk?
"if the drvmain.sdb is corrupted your windows registry is pretty much screwed. it's a pretty bad problem I suggest just connecting the drive to another hdd (external maybe) and then using dos or recovery console, copy every file you want to keep over. then reformat windows le. recovery console or dos can move files over. you can force the computer to boot up in dos using a startup disk if they have any old ones" she says.
thanks everyone for the help :) i'm going to try sth n if it fails den i guess i'll have to re-format. i think i'll know by sunday. it's really gonna slow down quite a lot of things though bleahhh.
