ok well i still dont have my car back they are waiting on a book that is going to tell them what is wrong and i dont think that he is that hot

Well heres what your going to do... Your going to buy a gun, squirt gun of corse.. Go to the dealership.. put it up agianst their forhead and say "OKAY GUYS.. THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH!" Simply explain to them that you are going to hold them hostage if they dont fix your car right away!! And if they refuse keep squirting them in their eyes till they go blind. Once they fix your car you will drive straight over to my house and we can then proceed to watch the Pirates of the Carabean.. sound good? All right then.. see you then.
