It's pretty easy... you just look in the source for the beginning of some text you recognize... I searched "key to your heart" and found the beginning carrot (<) Almost always following the line break ( < br > minus the spaces of course). Then looked for the pound (#) which always signals a color... and then I searched google for a quick html color chart and chose light grey (#D3D3D3) ...then switched all the #number combos with the #lightgreycode. Too make it fancy I made the heading a lightish blue (#B0C4DE).
If you view the source you can see the changes... and from my experience I never have to pound out raw code... just find something you like and swipe it... then make your own changes in the text and colors and links and such.

Alot of these quizzes have misspellings or some lame links/ads and I almost always cut them out or change the colors... it seems tricky, but when you start looking at the code it's pretty straight forward.
