for some reason, even though I started off the year doing well, i've relapsed to a bad schedule. today i fell asleep in my car for 5 hours. dammit.

I have the same issue. I was getting up, going to the gym, and studying before work. Now I'm sleeping most of the day when I work and don't get much accomplished when I'm not.

Other than this though how are you?
