The charming and talented Frances Zera of Zera Photography is going to take some photographs of me for my website and marketing portfolio.  Tomorrow.  I now need to get my hair cut and scurry around in a panic to find just the right outfit.  Operation She-cleans-up-ok-for-a-geek begins now.

My mom is from Edmonton, and I've been there quite a few times. I don't think I'd want to live there more than a year or two, but I could manage that.

Yeah. We went through exactly this. Except we have no idea when, or even if, we'll ever be coming back. Make as much time as you can to do stuff before you go. Even if it's only a year before you're back, you'll be happier knowing you got those things in. Stuff can change even in a year.

We actually don't know if or when we'll be back. It will all depend on where Josh can find a job after Edmonton. Hopefully, he *will* find something!

But, we keep telling ourselves it's only a year. Morale. :)
