i'm fairly certain that my first instincts are to be ignored. if i seem slow, it's because i'm busy attempting to dissect my own thoughts and impulses. then again, is there any point to this? is every action just a learned or chemically induced reflex to certain stimuli? we are all damned or blessed, the chemical soup either too spicy, too bland, ( Read more... )

sure, hamas does really stupid things, but that doesn't excuse israeli tanks, soldiers, and missiles cutting through the palestinian civilian population. israel will try to assasinate one or two hamas individuals at the cost of 10 other civilian lives. and then we look at lebanon; wow, what an awesome job israel is doing!!!

and just for the record, a propalestine rally isn't intended to provoke anything! it was to let people know that atrocities are being commited and to ask people questions as to why you never hear about it on the news. and for the record again, the zionists provoked the muslims at this rally, leading the police to intervene, not the other way around. everybody has the right to table, but some people have no class.

also, according the the fliers, it was to commemorate the the massacre of Sabra and Shatila Camps. 3,000 and 3,500 Palestinian civilians dead, most of them women, children and elderly people.

how does this type of rally provoke anything other than a further understanding of the situation?
