Chris Jericho's new gig as a game show host for ABC network's "Downfall" show has been a major topic of discussion backstage in WWE for the past 2 weeks. The company was unable to talk Jericho out of doing the show. Jericho is under contract with WWE until this Fall and his new gig has caused many to fear he'll get others in the entertainment

And I don't understand this: ...and his new gig has caused many to fear he'll get others in the entertainment business that would cause him to take another hiatus from WWE.Again, if this is true, why would WWE even be under that impression? Why weren't they thinking like that when he did that FUSE show? I mean, if Craig Robinson (from The Office) can do "Last Comic Standing" and the VH1 Hip Hop Honors after The Office closes up its season, then why can't Chris do things on the side without talk of him wanting to take a hiatus? Now I understand that Craig's situation may be different because, unlike Chris, he's on a show that has breaks, but still. I don't ( ... )
