The Vision quickly left the room where he had been learning to play poker from Mr. Immortal and fled to -- where? It wasn't as if there were many places for him to go in the Tower. Cassie was still fuming from Kristoff's "android" comment. She was going to take a break before joining the boys on their venture outside the castle tower.

Suddenly she realized she had no clear idea where she was. She opened a door, hoping it would look familiar, or at least have a sofa to lie down on, preferably with pillows to punch, when she saw Vision.

Might as well have this conversation now.

The Vision heard the door open and turned to face it.

"[Hello Cassie.]" he said softly, taking in her stance and expression and preparing himself for the worst. She looked upset. The Vision wondered if it was still in relation to his fight with Kristoff Vernard or if he had screwed up some other way.

"[Do you want me to leave or stay?]" he asked.

"Stay. We need to talk." Cassie folded her arms over her chest. "I just talked with Kristoff. He said you insulted his mother." No preamble about when this was, because Vision knew damn well when it was.

"[Yes, I did.]" the Vision replied. "[It was inadvertant. The insult itself was intended for Kristoff Vernard, I had forgotten about his mother.]"

[I was stupid. Careless. I allowed Kristoff Vernard's words to affect me --

"[I am sorry. I have no excuse.]"
