Really busy at the moment, kids home from school because of the snow so I'm really behind on lj. Hope to catch up soon meanwhile,some photos of Wales in white! x

Thank you, isn't it lovely how snow makes everything look beautiful. I'm running out of basics though, hope I can get my car out tomorrow. X

Yes. I live in the Fingerlakes region in central NY. It's really beautiful country here. I don't have any pics right now that I could upload, but if you google Fingerlakes photos on the internet, I'm sure you'll find some good examples.

Nice snowman - partner and son tried to make one yesterday, but apparently it was the wrong sort of snow! Too powdery and dry. Today it's all starting to thaw a bit.

Yes, you're right, the first snowfall we had was a funny sort of snow, very unusual, a bit like polystyrene balls. The 2nd snowfall was different again more fluffy and soft.We're still struggling here in Wales, yesterday was the first time that we'd managed to get our cars down the mountain. The children went back to school today after managing only one day since christmas.X
