yesterday was the first official meet of the season. it was just freshman and sophmores i ran the 4x800 and we got 2nd but i sucked really bad. my middle school times are better in the 800 ive gotten slower as time has gone on. i also did the mile and started off ok but then i didnt want to run it any more and my leg hurt so the second half wasnt
