Alternet has dubbed Obama the consensus builder. That is a bit premature since he can't even build a consensus in the Democratic party. Reasonable arguments from worthy people notwithstanding, my doubts that he's electable shrink with every passing day and every traditionally Blue State loss. Even with McCain blundering through the Rust Belt
