My driver's-side rear tire blew out Friday night on the highway in McAllen, forcing me to pull of on the shoulder and replace it with the spare in the drizzling rain. Not cute. the woods were crowded with people from across the country looking for the esp. rare, vagrant species that had been reported recently. Like the Elegant Trogon. Or the Crimson-collared Grosbeak.
