my parents are old;
i need more sleep;
guilt is mounting from the move-out;
facebook is not good for our health;

what guilt? you're doing your parents a favour. Now they won't have any children around the house. They'll be able to have sex with each other every day and reverse the life draining premature aging process that began when you and your brother were born.

That is of course... unless they're paying for your rent. then you're just a jerk.
