Europe here I come!...maybe not so much :(

So I really want to go to Europe this summer with my best friend perferrably. So Last night I started reseaching. I looked more at London, although I have been there I still really love it! I am also considering Amsterdam. Anyways, I figured we would both need at least (if not more) 2,000 dollars. Of course the exchange rate is Ghastly. It is .66

Two of my friends went to Amsterdam this summer and had an amazing time. I was so jealous of them, but it all came down to not having enough money haha. I totally agree- saving money is hard!
