Yep, it is! I feel kinda bad for the Dutch, 'cause there are these phrases that are a bit offensive, like "Dutch courage" and the far worse "Dutch wife," and those are just a couple. There are so many, and it's like, what in the world have they been doing over in the Netherlands that all these terms exist in English? Did the Dutch really tick us off somehow or what?
